End of transfer window.

It's been some chaotic last hours of the transfer deadline day. Around 10:30 PM our beloved vice-chairman Amit Bhatia tweeted:
Amit_Bhatia99 Amit Bhatia
WELCOME @swp29 !!!!

It was a huge relief and I think I speak for most of the Rs fans. I have been following Sky Sports News since I got back home about 2 PM earlier today. According to them, the SWP deal have been on and off like a bl*ody lightswitch, and it seemed like we were going to end this day with nothing.
Jason Puncheon was seen running into Loftus Road about an hour before the window shut - no one knows it that one fell through though.
The most worrying fact is that according to Amit Bathia himself, the Anton Ferdinand papers were sent in exactly 22:59 PM - We're waiting for confirmation on that one. He would play a vital part in our defense this season.

Although we are still waiting on a few confirmations, Im off to bed now- A more detailed sum up of the transfer window will be published in the comming days.

With roughly 5 hours left.

With roughly five hours left of the transfer window, we haven't signed a single player on the deadline day. It is believed that Anton Ferdinand is- while I am writing doing his medical test at Loftus Road, we are expecting an announcment soon. As I am following ScottJonesy on Twitter I have to mention his latest Tweet on here:

''Truth also be told re SWP. Man City's cleaner picks up our messages. SWPs compo isnt really top of their priorities.BUT will be done in a mo''
I assume the last word is supposed to be ''moment''.
I will not get my hopes up yet, but I hope it is about to be announced. I just had reports regarding the transfer through SSN, they are understanding that the personal terms between Shaun Wright-Phillips and QPR have been accepted, and SWP are at the moment poised to join us but both him and QPR are waiting for Manchester City to confirm and accept the deal. So thats positive, just what we need, a pacy winger with vision for the game, what a signing it would be Neil.

Thats all I have at the moment, I am believing that we, after completing the SWP and Ferdinand deal-will make progress on signing our other targets: Bassong, Ridgewell and maybe Crouch(unlikely though).

Transfer Predictions

Our hypothetical transfer sum-up.

IN:
DJ Campbell, Blackpool (£1.25m).
Jay Bothroyd, (Free agent).
Daniel Gabbidon, (Free agent).
Bruno Perone, (Free agent).
Kieron Dyer, (Free agent).
Luke Young, Aston Villa (anyone have a clue?)
Joey Barton, (Free agent).
Brian Murphy, (Free agent).

Possible INs:
Shaun Wright-Phillips + Nedum Onouha, Manchester City (£5m).
Scott Dann, Birmingham (£5m?)
LB, (around £3m).
Crouch, Spurs (loan).

Outs:
Kaspars Gorkss, Reading (£900k).
Mikele Leigertwood, Reading (£500k?)

Possible outs:
Rob Hulse, Celtic (£1m) haha!

Transfer fees spent:£2.25m=£1.25m+£1m(?Luke Young?).

Possible transfer fees:£13m.

If my predictions are correct NW has been given a £15m to spend, and so far we've sold players for £1.4m(?). I believe NW's having more cash to spend on defenders since we got Barton on a Free instead of Parker for £6m. I think maybe why we can sign Scott Dann for £5m(or another defender ofc).

This predictions leaves us with a pretty decent team IMO.

Fingers Crossed

The madness of todays football.

I managed to find some inside information about Arsenals strange financial situation. They've cashed-in almost £90m and signed TWO players, Gervinho from Lille(£10m) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain(£10-15m). They've played three games so far and have managed to collect one single point. The Arsenal supporters have urged their manager Arsene Wenger to spend their supposed overfilled bank vault - with no response or action. Sit back Arsenal fans, here it comes.

Arsenal, (through their investment department) have lost about £80m in the last few weeks, due to all the instability in the investment markets (stocks, shares, bonds etc).
I kid you not. I can't tell you how I know this as I would be breaching a few rules, but basically, all the money they have recieved from transfers has been wiped out by the losses they have taken (mainly government bonds in Europe).

As I see it, Wenger has not been given a transfer budget at all so far*, their debts and losses is as reported around £80m  the recent weeks, I do not know if they've lost even more earlier this year. They have recieved money from transfers of a total amount on £90-100m(as some deals were undisclosed, I can't surely say the exact amount payed.) and they have payed back the £80m that they have lossed to he parts involved. Thats 80 percent of their supposed fortune, they have bought two players, Gervinho(£10m) and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain(£10-15m) thats the final 20 percent of their incomes.
Their owners haven't invested any money in this transfer window yet, which must be horrorfying for all Arsenal fans, but as said this is just a theory.
The possible end-up for this season could be 5-10th IMO, as they have lost their key players who have assisted their last star Robin Van Persie the recent years. People say the best way to defend is by attacking and Arsenal have lost some of their most vital attacking force. They have also lost their best defender Gael Clichy to Manchester City, which makes Arsenal even more vulnerable than they already are. Arsenal clearly need investment, but Wengers hands seemed to be tied. When he was asked - Will you be bringing in new players? he replied with ''in England people think that the answer is to spend, but reality is, we are having 8 first team players out''.
The pressure from media and fans is immense, Arsenal clearly need to spend to make the top four, and I find his answer very, very strange.

*It's still a couple of days left of the transfer window.

I believe that in the remaining 3 days of the transfer window, Arsenals owner will make further investment in the club, since they will become desperate over the recent results and their current position. Please note that theese words(except the facts & information) is my personal thoughts and opinions.

QPR-Loyalty through and through

I've done some calculations regarding our attendances through our 15 year absence from the top flight.

Season 2003/2004, our average home attendance in percent was 88%.
Top away attendance(R's fans only) 7300, Sheffield Wednesday.

Season 2004/2005, our average home attendance in percent was 89%.
I couldn't calculate the seasons between 2004/2005 and 2010/2011 because of system errors on QPR.co.uk.

Season 2010/2011, our average home attendance in percent was 87%.

Our avarage attendance was actually higher in league 1(2003/2004) than it is now, that proves that we've kept our fans through thick and thin. Full credit to the Qpr employees who have done an excellent job keeping Loftus Road away from hooliganism, vandalism etc in the lower divisions. Of course full credit to all the R's who have sticked with the club in financial crisis, and when we've played against sides like Vauxhall Motors and lost.
I couldn't write this article the way I wanted to because of the system errors. But I hope it was an interesting read anyway.

When you look through theese numbers and statistics you realise that even if we might get relegated this season we'll still love our QPR.
Now, Then, Forever QPR.

more and more rumors

Dimitar Berbatov has recently been paired with Paris Saint Germain. The club from the french capital said to be ready to put €20 million on the bulgarian within a short time. PSG has been pumping money from its new Qatar-owners and has also been linked with the argentine striker Javier Pastore. €20 million for Dimitar is is something Sir Alex must think very carefully about whether such a bid had been put on his striker.

The sneijder saga continues and in the moment it does not seem at all like that one bid has been accepted or that an offer has even been put on Dutchman. We'll see how this incredible story will come to an end.
